ATE Seattle Registration Policy
To register for attendance to the Automotive Training Expo, the ATE Registration Form (either the Mail-In/Fax Form or the Online Form) must be filled out completely and sent in with full payment of the total amount due.
Registration is not complete until full payment is received. Accepted forms of payment include: Personal or Business Check made payable to NW Autocare Alliance (only if sending in the Mail-In/Fax Form); Visa; or MasterCard. We do not accept cash. Registrations and payment in full must be received by 03/21/2025.
Class sizes are limited. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the online Registration Form for the latest class availabilities (the schedule on the form is dynamically updated as classes are filled up.) If you do not see a class listed on the online Registration Form, this means that the class has been filled.
Currency
All fees listed for ATE are in U.S. dollars and payments are to be made in U.S. dollars.
Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy
If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by 02/21/2025 for a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing, by fax, email or postal mail. Cancellations received after 03/07/2025 are non-refundable.
You may transfer your registration to another person by 02/21/2025 by providing authorization to us at brenda@nwautocare.org. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after 03/14/2025 are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of NW Autocare Alliance is limited only to the return of paid registration fees.
