Bryan Kelley

Bryan's Biography:

Bryan Kelley is an executive coach, facilitator, and business owner with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders and organizations examine culture, strengthen accountability, and implement disciplined leadership behaviors that drive execution and long-term performance.

Bryan’s leadership foundation was forged early. He quite literally grew up under the hood of a car, learning the automotive trade alongside his father in body and mechanical repair shops. By the age of nine, he was already immersed in the industry, developing a practical understanding of systems, craftsmanship, and responsibility. That early exposure shaped not only his technical competence, but also his respect for precision, safety, and ownership—values that continue to define his work today.

As his experience deepened, Bryan moved into teaching and leadership, instructing automotive courses and mentoring others in both technical skill and professional standards. In 2004, he founded Valley Automotive Repair & Electric, translating his commitment to clarity, education, and integrity into a multi-location operation built on trust, communication, and accountability.

Today, Bryan leads multiple automotive repair teams while also working with owners and C-suite teams across industries. His work bridges operational credibility with disciplined leadership development, focusing on how decisions are made, commitments are kept, and responsibility is exercised under pressure.

Whether advising executive teams or serving customers in the communities of Covington, Maple Valley, Black Diamond, and beyond, Bryan is known for his straightforward communication, insistence on ownership, and commitment to safety, quality, and long-term relationships. His approach is practical, direct, and grounded in lived experience helping leaders move from intention to execution by aligning culture with behavior.
