IMPORTANT NOTE: Use this form ONLY if you are paying via Credit Card and have LESS THAN 4 attendees to register. If you would like to pay by check or have more than 4 attendees to register, please use the above Mail/Fax-In Attendee Registration Form instead.

Once you submit this form, our administrative staff will process your registration and payment. Once your registration and payment has been processed, we will email you with a confirmation receipt.
REGARDING CLASS SELECTIONS: As classes fill up, we will remove them from the Class Selection Menus below. If you want to register for a class and do not see it in the Class Selection Menus, then it means that class has already been filled to capacity.
Although we will do our very best to keep the Class Selection Menus updated, there may be times a class may be filled to capacity before we are able to update this form. If that happens, our administrative staff will notify you and you will be able to select an alternate class.
