Jack Rosebro has trained automotive technicians, educators, and engineers on the theory, analysis, operation, diagnosis, and repair of hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles. He teaches throughout North America, using classroom lectures as well as hands-on workshops, and has taught for or consulted to a wide variety of companies and institutions, including the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, City and County of San Francisco, City of Toronto, City of New York, Fluke Instruments, Society of Automotive Engineering (SAE), as well as hybrid powertrain component manufacturers and OEMs.

Jack has written technical articles for a variety of industry publications, and contributes regularly to Green Car Congress, an online journal of news, information, and analysis of issues surrounding the development of cleaner transportation.
