This class is designed to teach students a simple process to turn phone price shoppers from price to value where possible, and how to handle price questions when necessary. Students will learn where it is appropriate to give prices on the phone and what to do when it is not. (Class instruction will include live demonstrations on how to turn price shoppers to value)
